User tries to install Windows 11 on Nintendo Switch %

Trying to install Windows 11 on Nintendo Switch is at least a curious idea. Because that’s exactly what an X user tried to do. Second @patrykthe installation took about three hours to complete and the result was not the most animators, as the commands took too long to be answered by the console.

It was expected that this experience would not occur in the most fluid form, even by the Nintendo Switch’s ability and its hardware, based on an Arm Nvidia Tegra X1 chip of 2015, six years before Microsoft program, which in the experiment was adapted to Chromebooks. Patryk also tried to install a version of Linux with Steam on Nintendo Switch, but the result was no different. Nintendo confirms Switch 2 release for the first time

Nintendo confirmed the arrival of Switch 2, new and expected generation of its console line. The announcement, made at X by the company’s president, Shuntaro Furukawa, revealed that a formal statement in more detail should come “this fiscal year”, which means that the Japanese game developer has until March 2025 to officialize the release.

With no concrete details about the future Nintendo Switch 2, rumors point out that the device can come with 4K resources and visual quality similar to PS5 and Xbox series – indicating a much more fierce confrontation with Sony and Microsoft. It is also possible that, with the Boom of Artificial Intelligence (IA), the company is considering adaptations (which would reinforce the reason for the recent postponement). The original switch was released by Nintendo in the first quarter of 2017. Last year alone, the company sold 15.7 million units of the portable device.
