Microsoft has announced an increase in the Xbox Game Pass Ultimate prices, as well as launching a new “standard” signature that does not include access to Xbox games on the day of launch. From September 12, subscribers of the Ultimate Summer Plan an increase from R $ 49.99 to R $ 59.99.

PC Game Pass subscribers will also experience a price increase in September, with the service from $ 29.99 to $ 35.99 per month, maintaining access to titles on the day of launch.

The Core for Consoles Plan suffered a readjustment in its signing option for 12 months, moving in Brazil from R $ 199.99 to R $ 249.99.

Price increases occur shortly before Microsoft adds Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and other great Xbox games to your service game this year. The changes will mainly affect Ultimate subscribers, which represent most game subscribers, and arrive just over a year after the last price increase (from $ 44.99 to $ 49.99 in July 2023).

In May, it was revealed that Microsoft was considering increasing the price of Ultimate again, amid a debate on the addition of Call of Duty to service. New Xbox Game Pass Plan

  • In addition to price increases for Ultimate and PC Game Pass, Microsoft will offer a new subscription option called Xbox Game Pass Standard, with no titles on release day, at a price of $ 14.99 per month for new users. The price in real was not disclosed by Microsoft.
  • The current signature of Game Pass for Console will continue to existing subscribers, but new subscribers will not be able to select this option from July 10 until the new standard signature is available.
