You can add new friends without leaving the game; Sony promises to bring change to the console owners by the end of this year.

The possibility of playing online has transformed the video game experience. I, as a RPG fan by shift, like to play alone. But I recognize that for most modern games, multiplayer makes much more sense than facing the computer.
I spent hours (fun) of my life playing the FIFA clubs (today EA FC). And everyone who has played online knows how much adding someone to their friends list can be boring and bureaucratic.

But Sony promises to change that. At least for PlayStation 5 owners. The Japanese company has just announced a new functionality for your console. The new tool will allow you to send the invitation to another player directly via PS App, entitled to a QR code.
Just open the link and you’re done: the person can enter your online session.
Other functions
- The new update will also allow you to invite people to a game even when they are not on a console or using the PlayStation app.
- The system generates a link via app, which can be shared anywhere online.

- Sony also promises that soon it will be possible to share profiles from PlayStation Network or other players in any social or messaging app.

- How will this make your life easier?
- Imagine that you are in the middle of an online match.
- It can be from a soccer game or a shooter.
- You know someone who plays well for the damn and wants to invite that person to your team.
- Before, you had to get out of the game, pass your profile, add the person’s profile and only then could they enter your Squad.
- Now everything is easier and faster.
- Perhaps the only negative point is that this update is not yet available.
- Sony promises to bring the move to all PS5 owners by the end of the year.

And the PS5 Pro?
The latest information shows that the new console (or the turbocharged version of the PS5) will be released later this year.
Among the improvements of the Trinity model, Sony seems to be focusing on expanding the use of graphic resources such as Ray Tracing, which creates better light effects on games.
In addition, company developers would be working to ensure the compatibility of old games with the new console.
