After the success of Marvel’s shared universe (MCU) movies, it is possible to say that almost everyone knows the Avengers.
Marvel’s heroes team won the big screen, but also attended the games world, with some titles released even before the films that were so successful. Given this, then we listed five of these games for you to check it out!

Marvel’s Avengers
With solo and multiplayer game modes, “Marvel’s Avengers” is an action game focused on fighting. Played in the third person, you control the Avengers in a fighting system that consists of sequences of attacks, dodging and use of superpowers.
Among the playable (initial) characters are Ms. Marvel, Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Thor and Black Widow. In the game’s plot, the young inhuman Kamala Khan (Ms. Marvel) tries to gather the Avengers, five years after their dissolution, to face the AIM corporation
“Marvel’s Avengers” has a mode for an offline and multiplayer player for up to four players, which can only be played with internet connection.

Lego Marvel’s Avengers
The famous LEGO toy line has a series of video games based on other licensed media, including Marvel’s superhero team.
Launched in 2016 for various platforms, “Lego Marvel’s Avengers” is based on MCU and follows the plot of several films released. However, the main focus is on the plots of “Os Avengers” (2012) and “Avengers: Ultron Age” (2015).
The action and adventure game has as its main mechanics the resolution of puzzles to advance in the phases. He brings MCU characters, such as Iron Man and Captain America, playable, as well as including other heroes from Marvel comics.

Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth
This Avengers’ fighting game stands out for using motion controls. Launched in 2012 by Ubisoft for Xbox 360 and Wii U, “Marvel Avengers: Battle for Earth” is based on the arc of the “Secret Invasion” comics. In the plot, the Avengers face the Skrulls to save the earth.
It is a 2.5D perspective fighting game that uses movement controls during the fighting. In Wii U, the commands are performed by the touch screen of the touch of the gamepad or with Wii Remote and Nunchuk. In Xbox 360, the game uses the Kinect sensor.
The title has four distinct game modes: “Campaign”, “Versus”, “Arcade” and “Challenges”. There are 20 playable characters, including Iron Man and Captain America.

Avengers in Galactic Storm
Launched in 1995 for arcades, “Avengers in Galactic Storm” is a 2D fighting game based on the “Operation: Galactic Storm” comic book.
In gameplay, the player faces opponents in fights in the best format of three rounds. The game has a way that can be played alone or in double, as well as the traditional multiplayer versus.
It is noteworthy that “Avengers in Galactic Storm” was one of the first games to include assistant characters, allowing the player to choose, before the fight, a main character and an auxiliary. Some of the characters are Captain America, Black Knight, Thunderstrike and Cristalys.
Captain America and The Avengers
Originally launched for Arcades in 1991, “Captain America and The Avengers” is a Beat ‘in UP (popularly known in Brazil as “Street Fight”) with side progression.
Among the playable characters are Captain America, as the title already indicates, Iron Man, Hawk Archer and Vision.
The goal is to defeat the villain Red Skull. The game received versions for Mega Drive, Super Nintendo, Game Boy and Game Gear.
